I left my own potato farming operation behind in South Africa 22 years ago when I decided to emigrate to Canada so that I could bring up my two beautiful young children in this wonderful country in the cold North. I planted potatoes mainly on contract for all the major french fry and chip processors in South Africa, and needless to say – I loved potato farming then as passionately as I still do today… Notwithstanding the fact that I am now “farming” in cyberspace only, of course…
