Brazil: Bem Brasil is betting that its air fryer product line will exceed R$4 billion in revenue.
Expectations for this year are for production growth of around 10%, and for this same performance to be maintained throughout 2026.
Bem Brasil’s commercial director, João Ricardo Coleoni, reports that the return is unlikely to exceed 10%, given this year’s weak economic environment. Despite the difficulties, this projected increase for the company is two percentage points (pp) higher than the increase observed in the frozen potato market over the past five years (8%).
The Minas Gerais-based manufacturer closed 2024 with revenues of R$3.7 billion. This year, it expects to reach revenues close to R$4 billion, while the goal is to surpass this annual revenue threshold by 2026.
The executive estimates that the Minas Gerais-based manufacturer will need to further increase production of air fryer potatoes in 2026. "This is a specific product in which we’ve seen growth of more than two decimal places, and we intend to continue expanding this line, which has seen significant growth in the market," he says.
Driven by this trend, Bem Brasil plans to expand its product catalog with the launch of flavored cubes, which can also be used in this type of fryer. Therefore, the company will focus on producing items that can be prepared in an air fryer. Minas Gerais-based Bem Brasil Alimentos projects nearly 10% growth in its production and sales volume by 2025, compared to the previous year. The frozen potato manufacturer has focused on its line of air fryers as the primary tool to maintain its growth momentum next year and surpass R$4 billion in revenue.Fuente: diariodocomercio.com.br
