EEUU: Houston’s MountainKing Potatoes brings new potato variety to Walmart stores
MountainKing, a Houston-based producer and distributor of potatoes nationwide, has brought its new King Rustics variety of russet potato back to Walmart stores.
Harvested in the Colorado, the King Rustics have a light tan skin and golden flesh. The potatoes have a smoother, moister and richer taste when compared to traditional russets, according to the company.

MountainKing Potatoes has expanded its sales by introducing potato varieties such as Butter Gold, the Butter Russet, the Butter Reds and Fingerlings over the years.
The King Rustics will be available though February, according to the company.
