Nicaragua: Potato production guarantees market supply

The Ministry of Agriculture (MAG) reported that producing families expect to harvest 140,700 quintals of potatoes this November 2025, which will supply markets nationwide.

Each agricultural cycle, this crop generates significant sources of employment in producing areas such as Estelí, Jinotega, and Matagalpa, boosting income for rural families and strengthening agri-food value chains.
